Scidev is a leading supplier of products for the treatment of water and wastewater in the industrial, food and beverage, government and muncipal sectors.
Scidev’s Head of Marketing (Australia) contacted us to assist them with their requirements for a UK Exhibition. They were looking for Exhibition Lightboxes that could be configured to make a 4m x 3m, L-shape exhibition stand, including a matching Lightbox Counter.
After discussing the options, it was decided that our Wavelight Infinity DNA Pro Lightbox range was the perfect solution. Why? Scidev wanted the flexibility to use the Lightboxes as both stand-alone LED Lightboxes and in various Backwall and L-Shape Configurations.
The Wavelight Inifinity Exhibition Lightboxes provide just that, with modular connections that allow frames to be connected together in-line or at 90° to create a variety of stand designs. What makes the Wavelight Infinity DNA Pro unique is its patented e-SEG design which allows light to extend beyond the frame. Thus, when connected together, the Infinity DNA Exhibition Lightboxes enable you to create one seemingly continous ‘Infinity’ image which was a real plus point for Scidev.
There were some small hurdles to overcome, owing to the fact that the Wavelight Infinity DNA Pro is designed for use as a Freestanding, Space Only solution. However, for the Contamination and Land Remidiation Expo 2023, Scidev had booked a 4m x 3m Shell-Scheme with no option to switch to a space only.
Our CAD team worked with Scidev to come up with a 4m x 3m configuration that would indeed fit inside a shell-scheme. Scidev opted for the 4 frame configuration we presented in our 3D CAD drawing (see below). This included switching out the standard feet to half feet, with a corner L-Bracket to ensure it was both stable and suitable for use inside the shell-scheme. To ensure that height wasn’t an issue, one of our project manager liased with the organisers to have the ceiling grid and corner post removed, which gave the stand the look and feel of a space only.
With so much competition among brick-and-mortar stores, window displays remain and effective and powerful tool for driving traffic in-store.
