Generally speaking, Infill Panels, for the majority of shell schemes in the UK are printed and trimmed to 950mm x 2340mm. We can also print custom size shell scheme panels. If you are unsure of the correct size of shell scheme panels required to fit your particular stand, please check with the exhibition organiser or shell scheme provider at your event who can provide the correct dimensions for the graphics. We can then produce the panels to the exact required size for you.
For our Seamless Shell Scheme Graphics, all you need to do is provide us with the stand size and confirm whether you have (a) Just a Backwall, (b) Backwall & 1 Side Wall or (c) Backwall & 2 Side Walls. We will then provide you with custom graphic templates.

All you need to do, is peel of the protective backing and hang the graphics directly off of the pre-existing foam board panels that sit between the uprights of your shell-scheme. However, because they cannot be folded, they can sometimes be susceptible to kinks or scuffs at the exposed edges. Thus their re-usability is likely to be dependant on their handling, storage and transportation.
For our Rigid Infill Panel Graphics, supplied on 3mm or 5mm foamex, graphics are printed via UV inks, which offer a medium scratch resistance. You can also choose to have a protective lamination applied for greater durability. Foamex panels are very durable and can be wiped clean. The only issue with Foamex Panels will be that they are neither foldable nor rollable, making them difficult to transport for those without the appropriate vehicles.
