Santoro Milan appointed us to deliver a series of custom Retail LED Lightboxes for their flagship store on London’s Oxford Street. The brief called for a mix of freestanding and wall-mounted displays, all designed to complement the high-end interior while providing practical in-store flexibility.
A key requirement was that the graphics could be quickly swapped out by the Santoro team, allowing for smooth seasonal updates. Additionally, the lightboxes needed to use backlit LED illumination — not edge-lit — to deliver a more consistent, high-impact glow across each display.
What was once Topshop’s Oxford Street flagship provided ample space for a bold visual rollout. We proposed a set of custom-built retail LED lightboxes, each tailored to its specific location within the store and designed to maximise brand presence.
To meet the requirements, we supplied and installed:
A superwide 7-metre x 3-metre backlit lightbox, installed as a centrepiece on the rear wall
Two 5-metre x 3-metre wall-mounted lightboxes, placed symmetrically on either side of the shop floor
A selection of freestanding LED lightboxes, designed to integrate into bespoke fixtures and display units

All frames were part-assembled in our UK workshop and delivered with integrated, high-output backlit LED lighting, along with seamless, interchangeable fabric graphics for seasonal flexibility. This made installation quick and disruption-free, while allowing the in-store team to manage future updates with ease.
The final result: a scalable visual system that complements Santoro’s premium retail aesthetic while providing the agility needed for campaign-led visual merchandising.
