Custom Shapes & Vinyl Lettering
We can produce signage and signboards in custom shapes to match your design or branding requirements. Using precision-cut vinyl, we also offer vinyl lettering and logo application onto most rigid and semi-rigid substrates — including Foamex, Dibond and Acrylic. Ideal for branded displays, directional signage, or feature panels with layered graphics.

Correx printing
Correx is a lightweight, weatherproof, and highly cost-effective board made from environmentally friendly polypropylene. With its corrugated inner structure, it’s often referred to as fluted plastic — and is one of the most popular options for short-term signage.
Widely used for estate agent ‘For Sale’ boards, Correx printing is ideal for construction site signs, event wayfinding, and temporary outdoor advertising. Boards can be glued, nailed, cable-tied or riveted into place, and easily fixed to stakes, fences, or railings.
Correx is commonly used for estate agent signs, site safety boards, temporary directional signage, and short-term promotional displays — especially outdoors.
Yes. Correx is made from recyclable polypropylene (PP5). It can usually be recycled through industrial facilities, but we recommend checking with your local centre.
CARDBOARD PRINTING
A staple for indoor promotions, Cardboard signs are both lightweight and 100% recyclable, making them an ideal eco-friendly choice for temporary signage. Easy to hang or mount, cardboard printing offers a cost-effective solution for events, retail displays, and public information posters.
Our cardboard signage is best suited for indoor applications such as:

Rigid poster alternatives for retail and POS displays
Hanging signs or ceiling-mounted promotions
We typically print on 1.5mm or 2mm cardboard, but other options are available on request depending on print method and installation needs.
We offer standard sizes including A4, A3, A2, A1 and A0.
FOAMEX printing
Foamex is a brand name for rigid PVC foam board, made from compressed polyvinyl chloride. The result is a lightweight, durable, and smooth-surfaced white board that delivers excellent print quality. Foamex is 100% weatherproof and resistant to temperature changes, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
Despite its name, there’s nothing “foamy” about Foamex — it’s solid and rigid, and should not be confused with sponge-like foamcore boards.
Ideal for interior signage, retail POS displays, and shell scheme exhibition panels
Can be wall-mounted, suspended, or attached using VHB tape or Velcro
Also used for temporary outdoor signs due to its waterproof nature
Foamex is a more rigid alternative to Correx
More cost-effective than Di-Bond or aluminium composite for short- to medium-term signage
Delivers sharp print quality with a clean, professional finish
Available in 3mm, 5mm and 10mm
3mm is ideal for indoor signs but slightly too flexible for outdoor
10mm offers a solid feel but can be heavy — for large signs, Dibond may be more practical
Yes — Foamex meets B1 fire rating standards, making it suitable for use in public and commercial environments.
Foamex is made from PVC, which is not recyclable via kerbside or general waste collections. While specialist facilities may recycle it in bulk, it’s not considered a sustainable signage option.
i-Bond® Hoarding Panel
i-Bond® is an economically priced aluminium composite panel, developed specifically for the UK signage market. Manufactured in China, it shares many of the same properties as premium European ACM sheets but uses a lower-grade alloy and thinner aluminium skins, making it an ideal material for budget-friendly construction site hoardings and large-format signage.
Despite its affordability, i-Bond® is strong, smooth, and suitable for longer-term outdoor use.
Designed primarily for low-cost outdoor hoarding around construction sites
Can also be used for fascia signage, temporary branding, and retail expansion barriers
Lighter and smoother than traditional plywood hoardings
No need for painting or priming before applying graphics
Affordable way to cover large areas and turn hoardings into promotional space
Developers can even sell ad space on the boards for extra revenue
i-Bond® panels are typically 3mm thick, with an aluminium composite sandwich structure.
i-Bond® is available in standard 8ft x 4ft or 10ft x 5ft sheets. We typically produce custom signage in sizes up to 8ft x 4ft, trimmed to your exact specification.
Di-Bond printing
DiBond® was the world’s first aluminium composite material (ACM) developed specifically for the display and signage industry. Yes, DiBond® can be contour cut to any shape for bespoke signage or shaped displays.
To produce a custom cut, you’ll need to include a Vector Cut Path in your artwork file. This should be:
A vectored outline supplied as a Spot Colour named
CutContourPlaced on a separate layer from your print artwork
Saved as a .AI, PDF, or EPS file format
