Three months ahead is ideal — it gives plenty of time for design, approvals, and planning. That said, because we hold a large inventory of modular stock and control our own manufacturing, we can turn around projects in as little as 3–4 weeks if needed.

Yes — we’re conveniently based near the NEC, making delivery and setup seamless. But we’re not limited to one venue. We design, build, and deliver stands nationwide, and regularly support brands attending major international shows including Cosmoprof, Interzoo, and SuperZoo.

Yes — our modular stand systems are designed to be reconfigurable and reusable. If you’re exhibiting at multiple events, we can adapt layouts and graphics for each venue without starting from scratch.

Yes — that’s all taken care of as part of our project management service. Health & safety documentation, risk assessments, and stand plan submissions are all included in the fixed-price package, so you won’t have to worry about venue compliance or technical paperwork.
